When I chose to send the e-receipt, I still don't see it in my Concur account.

If your Uber receipt doesn’t show that the trip was sent to Concur, you can reach out to business-support@uber.com for help. If the receipt does indicate that the trip was sent to Concur, then the issue is on their end and you’ll want to contact your Concur Administrator. If your company has the User Support Desk, please submit a case to Concur Client Support.
