Help! My driver can’t find me. What do I do?

Uber sends your location to your driver using third-party map applications. We’re always working to improve our technology so that your pickup is as seamless as possible, but occasionally, there’s a slight discrepancy between your actual location and the information your driver receives.

If drivers have trouble finding you at one of your frequent pickup locations, it’s a good idea to call them and confirm the address or intersection where you’re waiting.
