Resending receipts is easy to do and you can make it happen without having to wait on us to help you! Here's how:
- Log in at uber.com
- Scroll down to view your ride history
- Find the trip you’d like a receipt for, and click on it on the date stamp
- Click the "Resend Receipt" button and check your email
If you didn't get your receipt shortly after taking a trip, confirm your email address on file is correct by logging in to uber.com and clicking the "Settings" link at the top of the page. You should also check your spam folder if you aren’t receiving receipts in your inbox.
