Why do I have an outstanding balance on my account and how do I fix it?

Outstanding balances usually occur when your payment sources have insufficient funds or your bank declines the transaction. You can settle this balance by going to uber.com and clicking the ‘Payment’ link at the top. On that page, you can add a new credit card and try again to complete the payment.

If you still have trouble after following those steps, contact your local Community Manager at t.uber.com/support.
